Originally formed in 2005 as Site Services Group, SSG Realty Partners assists its clients with the acquisition, disposition and assemblage of urban and suburban development sites. Over the years, SSG’s senior executive team has successfully negotiated major real estate transactions in multiple domestic and international markets, including, but not limited to, Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga, Miami, New York, Boston, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Brussels and Paris. The firm’s focus is on identifying outstanding development sites and maximizing the value of its clients’ land-based assets.

SSG is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Artisan Land Companies, and its senior executives, brothers David and Barry Branch, are also two of the key principals and investors of the combined Artisan/SSG entities.
